THE TIRES ARE COMING - THE TIRES ARE COMING!

Great news today about the new Federal tires for our Legends Cars.  The new tires will be available for delivery to our Monroe customers as follows:  Uncut Federal tires - Saturday, April 17th   Tires cut by  Cuts - Mid next week April 22nd to 24th. 

The date for the cut tires is dependent on our testing and the time involved to cut them after we complete testing.

We will have 12 sets available in this first shipment followed by 13 sets the next week.  After these initial shipments US Legends should have sufficient quantity going forward.  These first two shipments are reserved for our Monroe customers due to orders in house.  For those of you that have  placed an order please contact us to confirm and arrange payment and delivery.  If you have not placed an order and wish to purchase tires please contact us to get on the list.

The retail price is $92.00 each tire and CCR Cuts charges $30.00 per tire for cutting.  The total amount due for a full set of uncut tires payable to Second Wind Legends will be $368.00 delivered to Monroe Motor Speedway or picked up at CCR Cuts (Chris Freeland).  The total price due for a full set of cut tires payable to Second Wind will be $488.00 delivered to Monroe Motor Speedway or picked up at CCR Cuts.  We are trying very hard to save our customers money so unless specified we will not charge shipping. 

In order to allow all teams the chance to acquire the new tires we have worked with INEX and set May 1st as the first race date the Federals will be legal to run at Monroe.  For those that still have the BFG's, INEX has approved their use thru this season.

UPDATE ON IMPACT SAFETY EQUIPMENT:

Wind Tunnel has announced an agreement between Impact and SFI that all Impact equipment manufactured in the last two years is now recertified.
